CPS takes kids away from innocent homes, it all comes down to money.
Every state gets paid an "incentive" for however many children were able to be adopted out.
The more children the state can adopt = more money in their pockets.
Nobody gets paid to keep the child[ren] with the family... and this is where the problem begins...
